Called and made a haircut appointment for 10am on a Saturday. I liked the automated reminders and confirmation of the appointment. When I got there 10 min early, I was asked to sign in and then…nothing. After the third person strolled in and got seated after my appointment time for a haircut I left. I had an absolutely horrible experience with this salon. I booked an appointment through their website for a wedding hairdo — a very important day — and was required to enter my credit card information to secure the slot. I even received a confirmation and a reminder email, so everything seemed fine. When I showed up for my appointment, the place was completely shut down. Not just closed for the day — shut down.
