The service is really good but the reason for 4 stars is it’s just hard to get to reach them on the phone to schedule any appointment and a few times when we just showed up when the business said it was open no one was there

I am very picky about who I like cut my hair… And I have come by this salon several times when going to LA fitness. Today I decided to go in and get my haircut. This was a great decision, Diep is fast and precise, she has been cutting hair for more than two decades and knows how to get it right! I am very pleased with the haircut and look forward to coming back in a few weeks.
