I went to this lady to get my hair dyed, and all she did was point out everything wrong with my hair. I know! That's why I came to the "salon" in the first place. She made me look at all my imperfections in a mirror, and all she needed to do is just tell me she didn't have the knowledge to bleach my hair. Her excuse was she didn't want my hair to fall out.
