DO NOT BUY FROM HERE they do not have the real prices on any of the hair I bought 69.99 half wig and it ended up being a pixie when that’s not what I asked for but they still gave me it and when I went to return it the register said it costed 74.99 but only gave me back 64$ if you want anything go to the hair store in Bloomfield or Hartford they don’t lie about products and have way more variety WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THAT SCAMMING SHOP AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER
Bought a ponytail from this store and it’s absolutely CRAPPY and SPACEY. I also noticed without even trying it on that the ponytail would not fit over my bun because my bun is too big. They have a sign up saying no returns if opened but they don’t even let you or the associates open it in the store to see it before buying. Sure, I acknowledged the policy but you can’t even sell me a decent ponytail. How am I even supposed to know if I like the product because the picture was a lie……. Now I have a ponytail that I can’t even d... read more
When I was purchasing my hair, I got the wrong item. They’re telling me that a store policy that they can’t give me my money back or if I like I could exchange for a different one , but they don’t really have a lot of products of hair they only have a sort of variety. I will not be coming back. I feel like if I purchased something wrong and if I’m exchanging it and you guys don’t have it, I should be able to get my money back.
Always find what I need.
