When I was purchasing my hair, I got the wrong item. They’re telling me that a store policy that they can’t give me my money back or if I like I could exchange for a different one , but they don’t really have a lot of products of hair they only have a sort of variety. I will not be coming back. I feel like if I purchased something wrong and if I’m exchanging it and you guys don’t have it, I should be able to get my money back.
Always find what I need.
The store itself is nice, however small with limited selection and very expensive. I bought a few things that I was looking for but not interested in returning.
Unfortunately this establishment closes before the actual time that is listed. Arrived here on Sunday at 4:50 (closes at 5PM on Sundays). They were already locking the door and would not take me as a customer.
