I purchased Boho bulk hair from this company at 3:10 PM. After running some errands, I found better-quality hair at a lower price, so I returned to the store around 5:00 PM to make a return. However, the employee I spoke with—who was very rude—told me that no human hair bundles could be returned. Horrible customer service will not be back.
The new owners have made a lot of changes for the better! The store no longer smells, and the isles are wider and less crowded. No one follows you around making you feel uncomfortable. A best if all the prices are great!!!! If you haven't been in a while please go, you won't regret it!!!
