My wife came in for a hair perm and they did it right away right when she came in. The curls did not hold and the hairstylist knew that but she did not stop from putting more products onto her scalp because they are money hungry. The second day her hair started falling from the root and she thought it was normal until we called up another hairstylist and my wife had to go see a doctor it turned out it was a chemical burn with heat burn. Went in for a last minute hair cut for my teenage son who is going back to university. It’s the worst haircut he’s ever had, uneven, too short, the worst how uneven it is. We’ve done a walk in there before and it was fine in the past. So bad this time. Done by the man in there at the time. Beware.

I went in and the first question was if I wanted highlights. I just wanted to get a nice trim but the lady ruined my hair. She does not know what she's doing. She didn't like how she cut my sides and so she took the Clippers and buzzed my hair and left the top. I wanted to cry. The hair dresser acts as if she did a great job and it's a 'one of a kind' hair style, but looking at the reviews now it looks like it's the only one she knows 'how' to do. Definitely do not recommend. Run the other way!
