2025: Yes, they are still in business. Finally had time to get there and still do a great job (10/5/25). 2023-2024 I have gone over there over the years. There has been changed in the past with ownership. However, even during the changes they do have a great customer relationship. Also have seating available too.
Been going here for years. Had an appointment for 12:15 Arrived at 12:05 waited until 12:17 when the current customer was finished. Hair dresser confirmed I had an appointment for 12:15 then she proceeded to tell me the 2 walk-ins were going to be before. WHY make a reservation.... Most of the time there's only one person working, and usually overworked. Owner is NEVER on site. Plenty of other places that want to take care of the customer.
Terrible experience the last time i went, ive been going there for years and its sad that it has come to this. I was in on Saturday and the lady cutting my hair spent a good chunk of time telling me how much her different clippers cost and kept telling me how they were tens of thousands of dollars. After my haircut i felt an irritation on my neck the whole drive home, come to find out i had multiple scratches and scrapes all down the back of my neck. Went in for a hair dye appointment and am ecstatic with the result of it!! Left the salon feeling amazing and looking even better c: I also got my eyebrows waxed for the first time ever here and it was great!!
Ive been coming here for years for all of my haircuts, I will no longer after my experience today. I called to make an appointment at 9:37 because on Google it says they open at 9:00 and they told me they couldn't get me in until 11:15 so I set up the appointment. It is currently 11:16 and I am sitting in my car because they couldnt find my appointment and went to another lady who accused me of lying to them about setting up the appointment.
