Umm yeah no. Short Version: Unprofessional, Rude, Bad Customer Service. Long Version: I called to get information about box braid extensions yesterday at 10:51am (Oct 31, 2023). The business phone line did not ring. It went straight to VM. So, I left a message and also texted. Someone responded. I was trying to actually have a conversation to see if I wanted to set an appointment, so I asked for a good time to chat. The person responded with, "Once I charge my phone I'll call you." candace (the owner) was so cool and great to talk to. got some knotless box braids done and she was very fast, efficient, and not rough at all. there was even snacks and water she provided, highly recommend booking her !
