Hair Cafe Good People I joined City Search just to write a review of Hair Cafe. I have been going to Hair Cafe since it opened and have been very pleased. One of the owners has been cutting my hair for over 10-years and I have followed her from business to business. I have missed a few appointments but don't think they have ever cancelled on me. Unreliable Made an appointment. Called to change it, and spoke with Ashley. She quickly took down a new one making it with herself instead of who I was with, since I was new and not established. The day BEFORE my appointment, she calls me to tell me I was not there. I told her we set the date for the next day. She tells me she cannot do that time, and that she must have made a mistake in taking down the appointment. So, she worked to get me in, not letting me go somewhere else- actually her words.
