Truly the best electrolysis technician out there. I’ve been to 3-4 other technicians in NYC, and they’ve left my face feeling super inflamed and sometimes bruised. Hair Bye Bye is amazing. I could not recommended it more. I’ve been 5 times and my hair is visibly thinner and much less than when I first started. Truly the best out there!!!
I got a deal from Groupon for my first session. Service was great and fast. I didn't use any numbing cream but make sure to ask if you need it. Space is clean, the technician is really nice. I came back again for my second session and will be back however much I need to until hair is gone. I had a typical redness and few little scabs, normal reaction after electrolysis. Alina gave me aftercare instructions after the treatment and followed up next day to check on my skin condition. Overall 10/10 experience.

If you’re transfem, a femboy, or simply bothered by facial hair, this is a wonderful place. After about six 45-minute electrolysis sessions, along with around two months of HRT, my facial hair has decreased significantly, by roughly 95%, I would estimate.
