If you are thinking about electrolysis, this is the place to be. Alina is wonderful, she is super nice and thorough. She checks in to make sure you are comfortable. I initially went to her for a second opinion and I’m definitely getting all my sessions from her henceforth. She is quite literally the best at what she does. As someone who is picky I can guarantee, you won’t regret making the appointment. I couldn’t have been happier to have her as my electrologist. The place is clean, cute and cozy as well!
Very professional. I also felt things were safe and sanitary. Alina made it clear from the start that all her equipment was new and clean, without me having to worry. She works quick, so a lot can be accomplished in a short visit. My results are also what I was hoping for. She also follows up to make sure everything is good. Clear instructions with how to care for the areas that were treated as well.
Such a fantastic experience at Hair Bye Bye, Alina was not only professional and skilled but was so caring and made sure I was fully comfortable. I hadn’t eaten when I went in and she gave me snacks to make sure I didn’t get dizzy. Can’t recommend enough!!
Very great place that i recommend! :) Alina is welcoming and thorough. I get maintenance hair electrolysis and she does an amazing job for permanent hair removal in NYC. I appreciate the level of detail and care that she puts in. And as a bonus she has a cute welcoming office room during treatment.
I’ve been seeing Alina for electrolysis and just wanted to share my experience — she’s honestly amazing. She’s attentive, gentle, and really cares about how you’re feeling during the session. Her studio has a calm, cozy vibe, so even though the procedure itself can be intense, it helps to be in such a relaxing space. I originally got a 10-hour package to do full bikini electrolysis.
