Yasmin worked very hard during the service: balayage, haircut, and keratin treatment. However, while straightening the hair few of the stands were not colored properly. Even after going home I found parts of the stands which did not have color on them. Then, after washing my hair the keratin treatment had not work. She claimed I need to straight my own hair—even thought the reason for keratin treatment is so I don’t have to for few months. She started to yell at me on the phone because I asked her to fix the issue. Very unpr... read more
