Winter is the Queen of Blonde! She is excellent at tailoring your color to what looks good on you, taking your ideas and bringing them to life, and blending colors like MAGIC I've seen Winter twice and she's knocked it out of the park both times--I wont trust anyone else to lighten my hair now.
