It makes me sad having to write such a bad review after seeing all the good reviews but after my experience I knew I had to. First off I want to say I am someone where my hair is everything to me. I haven't been to a salon in 9 years because the last salon I went to cut all my hair off and gave me a pixie cut when all I wanted was a trim (my hair was to the middle of my back).
