I’m very disappointed with Hanna she doesn’t know how to do hair at all I show her a inspiration photo before getting started I asked her if she could do it and assure me that she could I lost a bunch of her paid $140 she ruined my hair this is not what I expected now I have to pay someone else to fix my hair she remove my previous highlights I already had her name is HANNA don’t go to this place she BURN my hair I want my money back my hair is know discolor with orange tones not what I asked

Terrible experience this was my third time and the last two times she had to redo. I was trying to go blonde so she did highlights. All I wanted was my roots touched up the grays and she made them dark and she made my hair dark and you can hardly see my eye anymore and then she tries to say it’s looks good. When I went back today she got an attitude along with owner. I told her what was the point of giving me highlights of now I don’t have highlights And my hair is dark and the grey roots will show. This hair salon was recommended to me by my good friend and boss. I’m so glad I came for my hair color! I am a very satisfied customer with the pricing and excellent service I have received! Hannah is simply the best! She made good recommendations that worked for me and very attentive to details. She did my hair exactly how I want it! The place was clean and staff does not waste time, attending to every customer as efficiently as possible. 5 stars indeed!
