The absolute best in the business! I came to hair by tivo with damaged, dry and dehydrated hair, not to mention the build up of so many colours over the years. The girls took their time to explain to me in detail the products and process that will get my hair back to being healthy and to achieve the colour that I want. Love my hair done by Rita and Joyce. It was a long process of 3 appointments to get the cut, colour and style of the hair I wanted since my hair was pitch black. The process was SO WORTH IT! Rita and Joyce are so knowledgeable on hair. They will never recommend something that can damage your hair and only want the best outcome. They’re so sweet and I honestly trust them with my hair as they truly care about their customers. I only use their products as well. Absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a good hair salon!
