received a haircut back in january, they managed to do the complete opposite of what i had requested. made no attempt to fix it after i contacted the store. was told to send an email with photos, no response. called a week later incase they hadn’t received it & was told they’d be in contact with me later that day. nobody ended up contacting me despite multiple attempts. very unprofessional, would not recommend especially if you have curlier hair.
I had an incredible experience with Micheal today! I got a curly hair cut and he did a fantastic job and really knows how to work curly hair, he was also super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if looking for a curly hair cut!!
Incredible service from Hayley, I couldn’t recommend her more highly! I have very thick, curly hair and came in for quite a significant hair cut. Hayley was incredibly detail-oriented and went above and beyond to make sure my hair was cut exactly how I envisioned. I'll definitely be back!
