I have been a client here for the past 2 years. During that time I have had two excellent, caring hairdressers. Unfortunately, they have both moved on to other positions. The third hairdresser I was gived was Diana, who treated me with disdain and disinterest, after keeping me waiting 25 minutes while she was chatting with a friend and looking at their phones. After that I got a 10 minute mediocre haircut.So I have now moved on from here
Michael is hands down one of the best hair stylists I’ve been to. His attention to detail is unreal, he actually listens, and the standard is consistently top-tier every visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and his clients. Highly recommend Hair by the Collective
I’ve been coming to this salon for several years and have even flown from Sydney since moving, just to have my curly hair cut here. Unfortunately, the cut I received just over a week ago will be my last. I asked for my long curly hair to be trimmed to shoulder length and even showed a reference photo twice to be completely clear. Instead, it was cut several inches too short, without any consideration for how much my curls would bounce up. It now sits around my ears and looks nothing like what I asked for. received a haircut back in january, they managed to do the complete opposite of what i had requested. made no attempt to fix it after i contacted the store. was told to send an email with photos, no response. called a week later incase they hadn’t received it & was told they’d be in contact with me later that day. nobody ended up contacting me despite multiple attempts. very unprofessional, would not recommend especially if you have curlier hair.
