If I could leave zero stars I would. In response to my former review, the owner responded to me via text very unapologetic and angry. Showing even more unprofessional behavior. The invoice clearly states a service. I've even had other ppl view it to make sure that I'm not missing anything. There's nothing stating the invoice is a deposit. I had an appointment at 6pm which was a day before my commencement ceremony. Tajee sent an invoice the day we scheduled and never said it was for a deposit. The day of my appointment, I text at 4pm to let her know that I was available for an earlier time or I'd just see her at 6pm. She never responded. I drove from Stow and was in the parking lot by 545pm. At 552pm she canceled my invoice. I went into the building to check in and realized her shop had been moved. What can I say about Ms.Tajee except pure magic. I adored her knowledge and professionalism. I walked into her shop looking rough and ragged, came out looking polished and adorable. I will continue being a loyal customer. By the way her shop is hajab friendly, Love it, she truly respects your time and it's obvious she loves her profession.
