I absolutely hate giving a low review, especially because Sydnie was so nice and they're very talented at what they do. :( When I booked an appointment, they rescheduled me to the day after because they had double booked (which was absolutely no issue). I live in Salem which is about an hour away from Eugene, and just as I was driving there they had cancelled the appointment a hour and a half before it was going to happen. It kinda bums me out to give a low review, but I really believe everyone should leave reviews about their consumer experiences so I'm going to leave a honest review of my experience. My first time finding Sydnie was through doing research on stylists in Eugene for my girlfriend. I stumbled upon Sydnie's insta account and they are obviously very skilled so I recommended my girlfriend go to them. Very skilled with hair, however I've had three appointments same day canceled, two of which without any form of communication. Was told great things about them but since the day my first appointment was canceled my hair has grown over four inches. If you don't mind a wait, definitely worth going to. edit for response from owner: At no time was I anything but understanding about your circumstances, and not once did I say anything negative to you.
