I had an amazing experience with Susan! She really took the time to listen and made sure she fully understood what I wanted before making any cuts. I appreciate how thorough and attentive she was—she made sure we were completely on the same page. Above everything, she was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
