I have been seeing Shelley for about 6 years now and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s thorough, makes sure you leave with what you want and is just hands down the sweetest person!
Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say as I was in a wedding this weekend and she did not show up to do hair. She was supposed to do not only my hair as a bridesmaid but also the bride herself. She completely ghosted the bride and never followed up. Completely unprofessional and horrible to do to a bride on her big day.
Shelley was our hair stylist for our wedding day. She was in charge of doing my hair (the bride), as well as my bridesmaids and mother/mother-in-law. Shelley knew the hair and makeup schedule started at 8:00 A.M. She not only did not show, she did not respond to any of us, nor my wedding planner or day of coordinator. This was also for a wedding giveaway that we had won from giving her months of advertisement. We even spoke a few days prior to the day of the wedding!!
