My daughter and I have both had our hair done by Shay a few times. She even did a special occasion style that turned out beautiful!
Oak Hills Nursing and Rehab booked one of their beauticians to come serve our residents today, they have been waiting along time for someone to be allowed to come in and preform hair cutting services. Upon her arrival she was asked to do a rapid covid test to protect our residents..she refused and left 20 very sad and disappointed people. Shame on you Shaylynn. That was horrible. I will be sure to share your actions with as many people I can👍
