Went to Sarah for a pampering and I got above and beyond!!! Very knowledgeable with colour and haircuts. Coffee is terrific too. Very friendly. Always come out feeling gorgeous!!!

Should’ve seen the red flags…my cut and colour has always taken about 3 hours but I was in and out in an hour and felt very rushed. Undeveloped foils (confirmed by my new girl!), toner on for only a few minutes, the colour lasted 2 weeks tops. Although she was quick, my hair has NEVER been in such bad condition after a colour. I wanted to give a second chance, but woke up with migraine the day of my appointment. I called and left a voice message saying I couldn’t make it.
