Noreen Goodman is the absolute best hairdresser. She's been keeping me a "natural" blonde for the last 25 years! 😉 She's truly got a gift for color and does the BEST cuts. I've moved from DC to Hawaii and now I'm in Nor Cal, and I STILL fly back down to Laguna to get Noreen to do my hair. That's how amazing she is. Go see her.
