Nora is kind and excellent hair dresser
I went to hair by nora yesterday She was amazing and so patient knowing it was hard to get color on my hair. She spent hours on my hair to make sure she got the perfect color that i had asked for! I love myhair color . I will be coming back here! I recommend her 100%z
I love Nora's it is the first place I go when I need my hair cut or dyed and when I need my eyebrows done Nora does them perfect every time. I'm going to be a Nora customer for a long time :)
