I have been to Noelle on recommendation by several people. She is engaging, positive, never judgy when I ‘mess up’ my hair, very knowledgeable on current trends and techniques. She actually listens to my descriptions of what I want and has accomplished my desired hair results every time! I feel she is fairly priced, always on time, and I enjoy my appointment every time. I highly recommend Noelle, she will not disappoint.
