Was looking for a professional who knows how to perm. Niccole offered that she was able to provide a perm. When I got the perm, my rollers were put on sideways (in alignment how my hair lays). I knew this wasn't going to add the volume I so appreciate with a perm. I didn't say anything because I didn't feel comfortable. She seemed nervous. My rollers were not stacked, therefore my perm has come out very "mop" like and it is impossible to style appropriately.
