She took the time to understand my needs and where I wanted to be from a hair aspect, she is very knowledgeable and reasonable two things that are extremely hard to find, thanks.
Stay away from Hair by Massi. When I expressed I was not happy with the outcome of her services, she was unprofessional, confrontational, and disrespectful ( almost aggressive).
