I was unable to receive any services due to repeated rescheduling by the owner. As a result, I am now unable to get my hair done before the holiday. Although communication was polite, cancellations, including a text sent at 1:13 AM, made it impossible to plan or keep an appointment. This was a terrible experience as a new client who was looking forward to her services. This lack of reliability is unacceptable, especially when appointments are booked around important dates.
