Absolutely terrible!! Do not use her. She was rude and impatient. I was walking across the street with my elderly disabled friend and my 9 yr old child. We clearly were not moving fast enough for her as she was beeping and inching closer. Your a terrible human being.

Very nit picky about servicing natural hair. Made appointments on two different occasions, came in person and was turned around after they seen I had natural, thick hair. Very lazy people and overpriced.
Made a appointment for Gladys at 2:15p I arrived a little early and one of the other workers said she was on her way in 20 min. 40 minutes go by and she has not called or showed up. Another worker called her because she had other people coming in for a wash and set. Gladys responded as she was coming soon.
