Went in for a Hair consultation. I showed the hair stylist what I wanted and instead of hyping me up, she questioned WHY i wanted to get my hair that color/style. Not only once but like 3 times she questioned why I wanted it and why didn’t I do something else. After I while I felt really uncomfortable because she made me feel bad. So I paid $20 to get bullied. PLEASE READ. UPDATE: They Made It Right – So Grateful! I originally had a very disappointing experience at this salon after a $500 balayage with Cyndi that left my healthy, uncolored hair dull, dry, and breaking. Despite showing clear inspiration photos and expressing how important it was to avoid damage, the result looked nothing like what I asked for. Denny was amazing and then some, she could tell I was on a time crunch and herself and her colleagues all stepped in to help me get out on the time I needed, that is team work and they didn’t miss a beat . She talk to me step-by-step told me thoroughly what she was doing, and she made sure to check in that I was happy with each step. From someone who doesn’t treat herself so much ,she and the saloon made it a great experience I’ll be sure to come again
