I can't rate the haircut because I couldn't even get an appt!! If "0" stars was an option I would choose that. I called twice to set up an appt. The first time No one answered but I didn't leave a message so that's on me. When I called about a week layer I left a msg - including my phone number - but I never received a return call. Perhaps this stylist is so busy she doesn't need new clients, I don't know.
