She canceled twice on my mom and me and then stood us up once. She had the audacity to say that she texted me to cancel (and I apparently even replied) when that never happened.
Kristi is so easy to talk with and accommodating as well as experienced with all types of hair styling and color, I finally got what I was thinking of doing for years with her and love it! I can highly RE their services in Ft Worth. Best in the city IMO.
