Terrible experience. Sent Kim photos of what color I wanted and she said she could achieve it. She did not achieve it but still charged me hundreds of dollars saying she does not refund even if clients are not satisfied with her work. Very unprofessional and disrespectful when talking to me about the situation. I came to her very calm and respectful. She Made fun of my thick coily hair. Beyond disappointed with the services Kim provided. She is very unprofessional with her communication. She agrees to do one thing to your hair and does not achieve it. Once you say you’re unhappy with your hair she will gaslight you and refuse to refund or discount the service.

I went from shoulder length curly hair to short, shortest I have ever had my hair. Everyone I know, and even those I don't, stop to comment on what a great hair style I have and how good it looks. Thank you, Kim, for the new me!
