Literally the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. My hair is super heavy and thick and Kellen took the time to educate me on my hair type, cut my hair exactly how I wanted and took this time. This was a great experience and I highly recommend it
I called to ask about a simple haircut and explained that I wanted more volume. The person answering the phone was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and spoke very rudely. After the call, I received a text telling me not to contact the salon again. I was only trying to ask questions before booking an appointment. This was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional customer-service experience.
My layers are perfection! Thank you Kellen for a great job! Wonderful conversations and for teaching me a few things on how to maintain and take care of my hair!!
Kellen is amazing! I got a Brazilian Blowout done on Thursday. I just washed my hair (it's Sunday), and I am BLOWN AWAY by the results! I have had Brazilian Blowouts done before but the results were markedly different and I wasn't satisfied with the results. I had my first appointment with Kellen for a haircut and blow-dry, and I was very pleased with my experience! From the beginning, he was attentive and made scheduling with him so easy. When it came to my haircut, I could immediately tell that Kellen is a perfectionist—which I absolutely love!
