I was paired by chance with Katie-Ann at her old salon, but from that first cut/color, I knew I had found my stylist! She is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to listen to her clients and what they want. She is amazing at what she does and I always leave her chair feeling beautiful! I’ve been seeing Katie-Ann for a couple of years now after my previous stylist left the industry. Finding a new stylist was difficult - I tried a few before finding Katie-Ann and didn’t feel they really understood what I was asking for. The moment Katie-Ann introduced herself with her bubbly personality and thorough consultation, I felt extremely comfortable. It’s hard to find a good hair dresser when you have curly hair. I have been through a few in the last few years. I won’t have to look elsewhere because Katie Ann is great with my hair. She listens to what I want and her appointments are an hour long so I never feel rushed! She is warm, gracious, personable and flexible as well. I’ve had the best experience with Katie-Ann! My hair always turns out exactly how I tell her so I never have to worry about it being it botched. She is also the sweetest, funniest girl! I would recommend her to anyone!
