When I visit the salon, it’s not just about the cut and color, it’s about the WHOLE experience for me. Not only does Katie-Ann deliver top notch quality in cut, color, and styling, but she goes beyond…way beyond! Before my appointment she will text me a COMPLIMENTARY menu of beverages and snacks!! I’m so happy I found Katie-Ann! She truly has a gift when it comes to both color and haircuts. Every time I leave her chair, I feel more confident and absolutely love my hair. She really listens to what you want and somehow makes it even better than you imagined. If you’re looking for someone talented, professional, and consistent, I can’t recommend Katie-Ann enough!

Katie-Ann is certainly a gem of a stylist, and I highly recommend her. She is talented, knowledgeable and really listens to what look you are going for. The appointment is always relaxing and one I look forward to. She has the personality that she can have a fun conversation with anyone and always remembers what’s going on in your life. I started going to her because of her incredible blonding skills, but my new darker hair looks amazing too. Midwest salon is such a great environment too!
