From the start, she was fantastic—she clearly explained what she planned to do to achieve the look I wanted based on the photos I shared. She also offered helpful product recommendations when I asked about maintenance. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I’d definitely recommend Kassie for your hair needs.
Kassie is an amazing colorist, I’m so lucky I found her. She was able to take my 4 month old color to exactly what I asked in one visit. We did a lot in that amount of time with a highlight lift and lower lowlights.
