My first experience with Jon Carlos was AMAZING! As a college student with a somewhat limited budget, I originally went in with a grown out balayage (that had lots of brassy highlights), asking for a trim and wanted to go back to my natural hair color (medium brown). Jon Carlos has been doing my hair for over three years now. His determination & experience towards helping me get my hair back to healthy has been successful.
