My first experience with Jon Carlos was AMAZING! As a college student with a somewhat limited budget, I originally went in with a grown out balayage (that had lots of brassy highlights), asking for a trim and wanted to go back to my natural hair color (medium brown). Jon Carlos has been doing my hair for over three years now. His determination & experience towards helping me get my hair back to healthy has been successful. Jon Carlos is a skilled colorist in whom I have complete confidence. It's rare to find a colorist who listens to you and thoughtfully recommends a path forward to achieve the look you want without damaging your hair. Trust him and you will not be disappointed. I also love the fact that his services are offered in a private single client suite that provides a spa like experience. So much better than the frenetic atmosphere of most multi seat salons.
