I have been getting my hair cut by Jess for a few years now and I love her. She is so friendly, her salon is clean and comfortable, and she gives me great haircuts. I have uneven wavy curls and she's the first hairdresser I've been to that can make it look good in a way that I can recreate and maintain at home (I'm very low-maintenance).

I’d like to clarify some details regarding a recent incident at Hair by Jess that led to a recent negative review. I was present during the situation, and it appeared that there was a misunderstanding. The lady who left the one-star rating seemed to believe she had an appointment, but it was clarified by Jess that there was no appointment in the system. To be honest I never expected to give anyone 1 star. I'm still surprised that I haven't received an apology text or call from 'Hair by Jess' after what happened to me. On Friday May 17th I was having a really hard day (personal circumstances which I'm sure we all have), so I called all around to ask if anyone had any last minute spots for a simple wash and trim. What's not to love about Jess. She is talented, caring and welcoming. So, so happy I found her and Suzi. :)
