Jodie listened to what I wanted, was very informative about the process. She was fun to be around and I enjoyed my time there. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend her services.
I have lived in Knoxville for almost 6 years and have been trying to find a place like this for so long. This experiance was great. Shes friendly, honest, lovable, and not to mention she had me feeling beautiful when I left. It had been about 10 days since I got my hair done and I still love it as much as the moment I got turned around in the chair to see the final product. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
If I could give a 0 star I would. She ruined my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and yes I understand it may not be exactly like the picture but my hair is orange. !!😡. I am having to pay someone to fix it because she will not touch my head ever again. She is also very unprofessional she was down talking her previous clients , I am assuming I’m not the first to not be unsatisfied because she was telling me about a client who had box color on their head and apparently the color didn’t turn out and she was asked ... read more

Absolutely five stars!! I would give so many more stars if possible, this was the absolute best experience I have ever had getting my hair done, not only did she do exactly what I asked for and it exceeded my expectations but she also made me feel so comfortable and welcoming!!! I will definitely continue to use her and recommend her salon to everyone I know!!
