I had such a lovely experience with Holly. From the free consult Friday to todays hair cut. I am new to Ann Arbor and have not been to a salon in years because of anxiety over hair thinning. Holly was extremely patient, kind and an incredible listener. I literally told her to do what she thought would look good and I was so pleased with the final result.
