Great experience; she gave me some nice tips on how to wrap my hair and keep my hair healthy with frequent trims!
I called to book an appointment and was instructed to do so online, which I promptly did. However, upon arriving, the staff member informed me that she hadn’t received any notification from the promotion website, which I believe she had authorized to advertise her business. She canceled my appointment, and told me I would need to resolve the issue directly with the third party for a refund. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating
I go here once a month to get my hair done. Next month I'm bringing my friends.
