Giovanni is amazing. While his persona is relaxed and easy going, he takes hair very seriously. He really knows his colour too. I have been getting highlights for some time and and today he recommended a slightly different toner to give me an even better result. I am thrilled with the result. I highly recommend Hair by GV!
