I usually don't do reviews but felt I must after my experience here last Saturday. I'm extremely picky and critical about my hair and 90% of the time I don't get the results I want. Whenever I get in the chair I'm overwhelmed and do a poor job at conveying what I want done, or my direction is unrealistic.
