I wanted something short and cute and Franci made it happen! I have very thick Irish waves hair and wanted some kind of layers. Franci found inspo pictures and even allowed me to return after the first cut to do some face framing. She really listened to what I wanted, and took her time with my thick head of hair! Thank you Franci, I feel so much lighter!!
