Spend my time coming in time, earlier 10 minutes, I coming first time and don’t have a grip socks they tell me I need buy socks in them for 18-22$ which on Amazon price 5$… ok I said I buy but they don’t have Apple Pay, Apple Pay which have any small grocery… I propose pay for Zelle they say no))) nobody didn’t help me and I go away… It’s terrible experience with poor customer service ever in my life, I spend my time and feel humiliated…

Fettah did my mom’s hair and he was able to correct her color in just one session. He’s very talented and the sweetest! I used to go to him years ago for the best ashy blonde highlights and he always delivered. Love him and his work!

Called at 6 pm before for haircut apointment and asked if I can come the same evening. The lady asked me to hold so he can ask the hair cut guy if I can come which I assumed he said yes. Phone lady asked me how soon Can I come? I replied in 10 min as I live couple of blocks down. I was told to come. Reached there within 5 min, Went upstairs and told them I was just told to come in, they saw me from head to toe, spoke in their launguage and lady refused stating she was mistaken as they are fully booked. Amazing experience. Fettah is so talented and wonderful. I have been coming here for several years and am always so happy with the results always. He cuts it so trendy and always does my coloring so perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place to go. Salon is super clean and beautiful as well. I highly suggest you come check it out. Customer service is wonderful !! A+.

Great stylist, but could be rude and impatient. I have had to wait for over an hour on several occasions and was greatly disappointed in my haircut afterwards, so I stopped going.
