I’m sharing my experience so others can be aware. This salon has two stylists, Anna and Sergey. On December 26, I had an AirTouch color service, which cost $380. The first photo shows the result right after the appointment. By December 30 (second photo), I noticed some dark strands and a few reddish tones, but at that time I didn’t pay much attention to it. Truly the best! Hands of gold. I have moved out of Brooklyn and still come back for my color and haircut. Cannot recommend enough !!!
Spend my time coming in time, earlier 10 minutes, I coming first time and don’t have a grip socks they tell me I need buy socks in them for 18-22$ which on Amazon price 5$… ok I said I buy but they don’t have Apple Pay, Apple Pay which have any small grocery… I propose pay for Zelle they say no))) nobody didn’t help me and I go away… It’s terrible experience with poor customer service ever in my life, I spend my time and feel humiliated…
