I wish I could even give this one star, but there is nothing I can give it to. I've always lived by the rule, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything. Well in this case I have to speak up, because if I spare just one person the disappointment I feel, then I'm glad I spoke up. I went to Emily for a Perm, short hair, only the top. Told her I wanted curls, but not tight one, no Poodle effect. She said "Oh just some body?", no I want curls, but not like the ones I got as a kid where your Mom rolled half your scalp in ... read more
