Baltimore's Best Hair Salon and Staff I have been getting my hair cut and colored since the mid 90's at Hair By Elite. The Salon itself is beautifully decorated and the staff is amazing....and still there after all this time. Guido runs a tight ship and has only the best of the best! Color, high-lights/low-lights, cut and style are always perfect and lasting. I always receive compliments and am asked where I get my hair done. Not bad for 25$ I got the groupon for this place, 25$ for a haircut. I'd gotten groupon haircuts before, and had always had good experiences, and while Hair by Elite wasn't terrible, it was by no means great. The sign on the facade was comically dated (imagine pac man letters), but I was determined not to judge the book by it's silly cover.
