As some reviews mentioned, I should have read all the reviews in its entirety. As I attempt support local braiders, I was truly disappointed. I have 2 stars for the two ladies that did my hair well prior to this experience. I’m not the one to write reviews but I felt awful and a bit infuriated after leaving this shop the last time I got braided. I went there three time and each time someone different did my hair the first two times it was two nice ladies and my hair was done appropriately and they were personable. I got waist length/ top of butt length French curls here for $370. After only 5 days my hair started to frizz out of my braids (the pictures are after 2ish weeks now and the front rows were redone). I do have thicker hair and this is my first time using French curl hair but for $370 my hair shouldn’t be looking old after 5 days. Do not go to this place.!!!!!!!They put bad human hair and blond braiding hair for human hair. Its only been 3 weeks and my hair looks a HOT MESS. She rushed the whole process and when I call back was very nasty! 260 wasted plus tip! Hung up several times!!!! They come here just to take our money!!! Do not care!!!
Unfortunately, a few things happened during my experience and I will not come back. I was under the impression that this location had licensed professionals that could shampoo and blow dry my hair. The sink was broken and dirty, my hair was not properly cleaned, I had to wash/scrub my own scalp to try and help the situation. The hair dryer was used no less than 3 times with the same comb attachment on two unwashed clients and mine. No cleaning in between.
