I am a chicken when it comes to getting my hair done by anyone! So for the past 4 years I have been doing my own hair and I let my colour go for a good 4 months. On my birthday I decided to it is time to trust someone again and Sho help me so much with that!! My hair was so scraggly, long and had a good 1.5” of salt and pepper roots. She took me to a beautiful brown then suggested to trim the ends off about 3” to take away some scraggly ends but leave it long. I have been going to Hair By Design for several years now and had always had an amazing experience. They have been in Kanata for many years and are a local favourite. All their stylists are excellent, and the salon has a wonderful friendly and modern vibe. I’ve seen many stylists including Sam (the owner) Dani, Kat, Donna, Chloe (who I miss) and most recently Shokan who gave me an awesome cut twice now! I will be coming back to see her again for my Christmas cut! Thanks for always providing a great experience!
