Love the facility and the vibe of the other stylists.! Unfortunately The first time we went to Cindy, I decided not to bleach my kids hair prior to coloring. It faded a week and a half or so, which was totally understandable, but we went back a couple weeks later and invested a fair amount into a bleach and color, following all of the directions the color was extremely faded within a week maybe less!!!
